The discounted room rate for COST Meeting attendees is 140 Euros per day for single room with double bed including breakfast, VAT taxes and lunch (20 Euros value). For those who want to share the room, the rate will be 70 Euros plus 20 Euros for lunch per person including breakfast and VAT taxes (A total of 90 Euros per person). Each participant will be billed separately. For the reimbursement, it is mandatory that each participant has to stay in the same hotel and pay their expenses (accommodation and lunch).

Reaching DoubleTree Hotel from Ataturk International Airport

Take the metro from the airport to the Zeytinburnu station when you come out of the metro station, tram station will be on your left. Take the Tram signposted Kabatas and get off the tram at Universiteliler Station. The station is located right front of the hotel.
